Relieved Pressure and Exercise Quandaries

THANK YOU, all of you who commented on Facebook and messaged me about my tire pressure issue.

Thank you for acknowledging that at the heart of it, my post was about anxiety.

Thank you, also, for telling me that most tire stores will put air in tires for free. Just find a tire store, tell them what’s what, and they’ll take care of it.

I thought I had to find a gas station that had specific equipment, have my own pressure gauge, know how to do everything involved in using said equipment and pressure gauge, and all sorts of overwhelming nonsense.

As you suggested, I popped by a place near my house, they took care of it in less than 5 minutes, and I was done. It was ridiculously easy. My tires all have the appropriate amount of pressure and I know what to do about it when that needs to get done again.

Thank you.

And now that I know all of you are such smarty pants, I have a question for you.

It’s week #5 of consistent exercise. Yay me. But I’m hitting video fatigue and I need help.

I’m digging most of the ones I listed in my original post about exercise. The going favorite is this Zumba series:

I need more cardio videos, though! I need a broader variety or I know I’ll get bored and stop doing it.

The only caveat is I really would prefer not to sign up for a subscription service. I’ll buy videos on Prime but a monthly fee for something doesn’t appeal to me.

Any thoughts? Everything I’m finding on my own makes me feel like someone is yelling at me to “GET FIT!!!” and it makes me feel like doing violent things to their person and then sitting on the couch with some ice cream. And I don’t even particularly like ice cream.

Final words…

WHY ARE PEOPLE SO… I don’t even have words for this one. I just can’t with this nonsense.
