Day 37: Nourishment

As expected, yesterday, was pretty low key. My goals weren’t intense and I achieved all of them.

I went for a walk around the neighborhood my office is in instead of walking on the treadmill and it was delightful. It’s something I’ll repeat in the future as the weather allows. I hit my step count and nutritional goals for the day. I’ve even hit my target calories in vs out variance three days in a row.

I was on time to all meetings and appointments.

Last night, I made sesame garlic chicken and it came out well.

Afterwards, I didn’t watch TV. I read for a couple of hours instead.

I went to bed on time.

Those are successes. All of those things are achievements.

It was a good day.
