What did I do for myself yesterday? What did I achieve? This question is harder than usual today.
I went for a walk and I achieved my target step count. I didn’t have a prepared lunch with me at work, but I found nutritional info online for a place nearby and made sure to eat something that would keep me within my target ranges for the day.
Mostly, though, I waited to find out if my Kindle had been delivered, and thought about the moment I could get home, set it up, and start reading.
Once work let out, that’s what I did. Oh sure, I made dinner, I ate something healthy, I went to bed on time… Whatever.
But really, I just read. And I only have a few minutes now before I have to get ready for work, and it’s what I’m going to do more of while I can.
I’m in the middle of the second book in the Crazy Rich Asians trilogy and it’s a delight. Have you read it?
